Debbie was born in Denver, Colorado on February 17, 1955 to Howard and Beverly Carter, who both pre-deceased her.
Debbie and Tom met in Litchfield Park, Arizona in September 1985 and were married February 12, 1987 in Fresno. Tom brought Summer and Hunter to the marriage, Debbie brought Derek and Kristopher was born after the union; all four children survive her. She was a wonderful mother and step-mother for all her children and she was a dedicated and loving grandmother to Keegan, Kensley, Hazel and Hayden, all of whom survive her as well.
She is also survived by her sister Jane Carter Coley, her brother Patrick Carter, her Niece Ashley Coley and her nephew Dustin Carter.
She was a dedicated and active church member. She managed the visitation of shut-in parishioners for many years (prior to COVID), as she and other church members would visit these folks every two weeks.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Northwest Church in her memory on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 3 PM.
