Cecil graduated from Washington Union High School and attended Fresno State College for a year and a half.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents.
Cecil is survived by his wife Connie of Fresno; daughter, Diane O'Keefe and her husband, Sean of Fresno; grandson, Rory O'Keefe; brothers, Ray Sanchez of Fresno, Henry Sanchez and his wife Hope of Easton, CA, and John Sanchez and his wife Mary of Madera, CA.
A Recitation of the Holy Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church in Easton, CA, on Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Washington Colony Cemetery.
