Nora Lee Hottinger, 84, of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014. She was born November 18, 1930 in Fremont, OH, daughter of Charles Bowers and Ethel Feighner (Clyde) Bliss. She married Keith Hottinger, and he preceded her in death in 2001.
Nora thoroughly enjoyed her working years at Bethesda and Wal-Mart, loved spending her time with her family, traveling, reading, and sharing the holidays in her home with all. With deep faith in the Lord, Nora was a member of the Chapel and Grace Brethren Church.
Nora is preceded in death by her parents, step-father, daughter; Kathy Root, son; Mark Hottinger, son-in-law; Craig Miller, sister; Bobbie Polter, and grandson; Jonathan Bennett.
Surviving are her daughters; Cherie (Gary) Bennett, Chazelle (Eric) Arndt, Lori (Craig) Miller, son; Randy (Linda) Hottinger, sisters; Joyce Courtney, JoAnn Martin, brother; Gene Bliss, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be Friday, December 5, 2014 from 4pm-7pm at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch St., Fremont, OH. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 12pm at Grace Brethren Chapel, 1820 N. State Route 590, Gibsonburg, with a 10am-12pm visitation prior at church. Pastor Keith Merriman will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers and memorial donations, the family asks friends to bring written memories of Nora to share with them.
