Ginny was born in Denver, Colorado. While in high school, she worked for the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad. Chuck and Ginny met while both working for A.C. Nielsen Company. They married in 1955 in Chicago and lost their infant son, Charles Raymond in 1956.
After several moves, including Stafford County, they settled in Lake of the Woods. Ginny was very active in the community there and was a former member of the Board of Directors. She made her career in tax preparation, which led to her starting her own business, Log Cabin Tax Service.
Ginny is survived by her daughter, Sue Eubank of Fredericksburg, VA; grandson, Grant Eubank of Spotsylvania, VA; grandson, Zac Ketzer-Moore and husband Rob of Guam.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Rev Mike Lemay officiating. Ginny will be buried alongside her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
