Teresa Anne Young

She lived an amazing life with amazing people in it. She raised an amazing son who had three grandbabies, who she loved and spoiled more than anything. She was also an amazing wife who loved and cared for her husband, Jeff.

She always loved everyone and everything around her no matter what the situation was. She would always look for the good in any bad situations. Even though she has left this world early, we will need to remember her legacy, her infectious smile or silly laughs. Remember her waving goodbye to you when you left until she couldn't see you anymore. We can always say what if, but she would say, "what can we do for the future!"

She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey; son, Tyler Johnson; mother, Linda McNamara; two sisters, Debbie and Denise; three grandbabies, Katie, Natalie, and Zach; sister-in-law, Donna Hafner; brother-in-law Todd Hafner; nieces, Courtney Mancari, Cheryl Hafner, Jacqueline Hafner; and nephew Jeffrey Hafner.

She was preceded in death by her birth parents, Joel and Mary Johnson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel at 2:00 pm, with family receiving friends an hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Mary Washington Hospice.
