IN THE CARE OF
Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ronque Latavius Brown, who left us peacefully on August 3, 2024.
Ronque was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend to all who knew him.
Born on December 1, 1982 in Seoul, South Korea to Robert and Ruby Brown. Ronque lived a life dedicated to kindness, generosity, and a deep commitment to his family and friends. He was known for his joyous spirit, infectious laughter, and LOVE for the Dallas Cowboys.
He loved to play basketball at a younger age, play video games, watch NFL and NBA games, especially Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers.
At the age of 5, Ronque moved to Virginia. He attended Woodley Hills Elementary School and Fred M Lynn Middle School in Virginia. He graduated from Woodbridge Sr High School 2001, in Woodbridge, VA. He went on to become a Landscaper and a jack of all trades.
He is survived by his father and mother, Robert and Ruby Brown of Virginia; grandmother, Doris Edwards of Florida; sisters, Sharika Brown of Georgia, Rashawnette (Brad) Wallace of Virginia, and Ratisha Brown of Virginia; a twin brother, Robert (Courtney) Brown Jr. of Virginia; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends who were touched by his warm presence.
Ronque will forever be loved and cherished in the hearts of those that he leaves behind.
In loving memory of Ronque, if you would like to donate to a charity, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Allergy & Asthma Network, dedicated to asthma research and support, as a tribute to Ronque's courageous battle with asthma. - https://allergyasthmanetwork.org/
As we say goodbye, we find comfort in the words of Scripture that remind us of the eternal hope we have in Christ:
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”-John 14:1-3
