Paola Haymore

Paola Haymore, age 35, of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Paola was a beloved daughter, mother and sister. She was full of life and spunk. Her whole life was defined by her selfless service and devotion to both her immediate family and “her girls” as she would always refer to them. Her determination drove her to complete her Bachelor’s degree in History while still growing her family, teaching English on the side, and studiously saving for the next family vacation. She also gave the best haircuts, no one could compare in her brother’s eyes. She dutifully scrimped and saved every haircut tip and dollar she could find, so she could create lasting memories with her family. In her free time, she loved running and was always training for the next 5k or half-marathon. She loved reading and watching classic movies. Her love for books and history, including Harry Potter, enabled her to always be the one to explain and know about whatever movie we might be watching. She accomplished and loved all this in spite of fighting an uphill battle within herself. She fought bravely and valiantly. Her love and devotion to “her girls” was always her anchor and purpose. She lost her battle with mental health in the end. But she will always be treasured and remembered for who she truly was. A visitation for Paola will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1399 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM, 1399 Courthouse Rd, Staff, Virginia 22554. A burial will occur Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Stafford Memorial Park, 154 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554.
