Obituary of Mason Allen Hancock
Mason Allen Hancock, age 18, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022. He is survived by his mom, Lisa Milam (Mike); his dad, Rudy Hancock; his brother, Chase Milam; his grandmother, Colleen Adoline; and his grandparents, Rudy and Milly Hancock. Mason will be greatly missed by his aunts, Lisa Houston and Bobbie Jo Fincham (Tim); his uncle, Randy Livingston (Felisha); his uncle, Scott Michalski, wife Monika and their children, Mila and Callie; and his best friend and cousin, Noah Houston. He also leaves to cherish his memory many cousins and friends. Mason was preceded in death by his “Papa” Leo Adoline and his “G.G”, Eileen Adoline. Mason recently graduated from Riverbend High School and worked at the Fredericksburg Nationals Baseball Stadium. He enjoyed listening to music, hanging out with family and friends and watching sports. He was a natural athlete and played football and wrestled throughout his entire youth. Mason was extremely humble, was always a leader and loved to compete. He had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh with his unexpected funniness. He was a kind kid with a huge heart and cared deeply for those he loved. In lieu of flowers please make donations by calling Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service at 540/373-5842 Monday through Friday 9am-5pm to help the family with the cost of Mason’s unexpected death. A visitation for Mason will take place from 5:00pm-6:30pm followed by a Celebration of Life at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Directly after the Celebration of Life, the family will be hosting an open invitation to the Fredericksburg Knights of Pythias, Lodge #22 to continue to remember and celebrate Mason.
