Joe Anthony Palacios

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joe Palacios on November 16,2024, in Fredericksburg Virginia. Joe (Joey) was born on August 11, 1998, Joey is survived by his father Carlos, mother Sara and stepmother Ivette. He had no children of his own but had a beautiful bond with his little sister Angela. He was loved by many family and friends. Joey enjoyed hobbies like skateboarding, drawing, listening to music & hiking. He loved a good time. He had a contagious energy that lit up every room he entered. While we mourn the loss of Joey, we also celebrate the incredible moments he left behind. He will forever be remembered for his zest of life, his contagious laugh and the ability to make everyone around him laugh. Rest In Peace, Joey. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. All of his final services will be held in Los Angeles, California as he would have wished.
