Jeffrey Lloyd Brewster Sr.

Jeffrey Brewster, Sr., of Stuart, Virginia, formerly of Stafford, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother. He worked at the Possum Point Power Station in Dumfries as a power plant mechanic for over 33 years. Jeffrey’s favorite pastimes included wood working, hunting and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He passed along lessons in life to his children. No man could be prouder of his family than Jeffrey who always made sure his family was provided for and had everything they needed. His greatest joy was seeing his legacy fulfilled through his children’s success. He is survived by his wife, Elvie; son, Jeffrey Jr (Anne); daughters Amy Warner (Eric) and Angie Mills; stepsons John Smith (Jaima Coleman) and Robert Shown (Amanda); stepdaughter Jennifer Chastain (Scott Calkins); brothers Larry Brewster and Gary Brewster; 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Family visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. Funeral service and interment will follow in a private ceremony. “He will wipe every tear from their eyes.
