Henry Albert Normand Jr.

Henry Albert Normand, Jr., age 91, of Fredericksburg, VA passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at his residence. He was born on November 15, 1932 in Fredericksburg, VA the son of Henry A. and Topsy (Fitzgerald) Normand. He worked as a Master Electrician for the FMC plant and later for Onduline. He was a member of the St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church where he was a life member of the Knights of Columbus. His wife, Mary Ellen Normand and his daughter, Annette M. Normand and his brother, Eugene Normand preceded him in death. Survivors include his son, Henry A. Normand III and wife Nicole of Fredericksburg, VA; one brother, Donald Normand and wife Melinda of Fredericksburg, VA; one sister, Anna Danielson of Fredericksburg, VA; three grandchildren, Jacob Normand, Savannah Normand, and Rebekka Long. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Monday, August 19, 2024 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am Tuesday, August 20, 2024 St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg, VA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mary Washington Hospice.
