Felicia was born on June 18, 1955 to Kenneth and Callie Swanner in Alexandria, Virginia.
Felicia retired after working for 30 years as a Fairfax County Public School bus driver.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth George Swanner and Callie Swanner; brother, Larry Swanner; and sister, Elizabeth Dodson. She is survived by her daughters, Ginger Wood and Carrie Geremia; grandchildren, Tyler Wood, Nicholas Wood, Alexander Geremia; great-grandchildren, Teagan Daley and Michael Wood.
A memorial service for Felicia will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.
