She is survived by her sister Dolores Wood; her nephews John (Celina) Wood, Steve (Becky) Wood, Timothy (Caroline) Griffith; niece Kellie Griffith, and several great nieces and nephews.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Adele Samuels; brothers Richard and Donnie Samuels; and sister Janice Griffith.
Debbie lived her life for her family, which she loved with her whole heart. Her amazing smile and kind, caring, and loving spirit will be remembered always. She will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends at 11:00 am on December 30, 2024 at Fairview Baptist Church, 900 Charlotte Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia with a reception to follow in the fellowship hall.
