Clifton Ogden Palmateer Jr., age 75, of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at home surrounded by his family.
Clifton was born in Danville, Virginia to the late Clifton Palmateer Sr. and Helen Palmateer. He retired as a Union Millwright worker. He was a huge gearhead because he loved cars and motorcycles. What he really loved the most was being with his family and telling stories!
Clifton is survived by his wife, Brenda Palmateer; his son, Clifton Palmateer lll; his daughters, Carmelle; and Stevie; his sisters, Wandra, Tina and Tanya; his grandchildren, Anthony, Savannah, Taylor and Cayla; his great grandchild, Eli.
A visitation for Clifton will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. A burial will occur Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1902 Plank Road, Fredericksburg Virginia 22401.
