Charles Epp Duncan

Charles Epp Duncan, 64, of Spotsylvania, Virginia, passed away on November 12, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy Grace Duncan, who preceded him in death. Mr. Duncan was a U.S. Navy veteran serving as a Gunner's Mate Seaman Recruit. He was born in Alexandria, Virginia, on November 7, 1960. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Elizabeth Duncan. He is survived by his daughter, Wendi; son, Chase; nephew, Cody; grandchildren, Madisen and Alivia; sisters, Donna, Charlotte, and Diane; brothers Frank and Kerry, who preceded him in death; his much-loved niece and nephew, Andy and Alex; and a host of other nieces and nephews. A visitation for Charles will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 2:00 PM at National Memorial Cemetery at Quantico, 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172.
