Mildred Virginia Gill

Mildred V. Gill, age 83 of Oregonia, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Kettering Medical Center, Kettering, Ohio. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 17, 1941, she was a daughter to the late Donald & Virginia (Nickley) Abbott. Mildred enjoyed going to the lake and watching the boats, going to outdoor concerts and talking with her neighbors. She loved her “fur babies” which were her cats, and spending time with her family. She will be truly missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers Donald Abbott; Basie & Vi Abbott; Tom & Cathy Abbott: sisters Barbara & Jack Vineyard; Ida & Jerry Biggs; Loretta & Preston Duncan: brother in law Dick Lovell: nieces Brenda Miller; Barbara Biggs.

Mildred is survived by her children Connie & Rodney Lutes; Rex Gill; Jerry & Shannon Gill: grandchildren Brandie & Jason Lehman; Jay Lutes & Brittany Cherry; Jacob Gill: great- grandchildren Gabriel Lehman; Jayden Lehman; Lyla Lutes: special friends Rita Heard; Helen Abney: as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on the family from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM on Wednesday December 11, 2024 at the Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin, Ohio. Funeral service to be held at Noon, burial to follow at Miami Cemetery, Waynesville, Ohio. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society in Warren County in Mildred’s honor.
