Larry E. Blankenship

Larry retired as a railroader from Norfolk Southern Railroad. On June 15, 2021 Larry and his wife Cathy celebrated 50 years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Wayne.

On Thursday September 30, 2021 Larry and Cathy were joined together once again.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Rose (Darrin) Adams; sons, Jason (Stephanie) and Peter (Staci) Blankenship; grandchildren, Katherine (Kristopher) McArthur, Nikole Blankenship, Cynthia Blankenship, Ayden (Madison) Blankenship, Della (Gavin) Stella; sisters, Tonna, Samantha, and Michelle; and brother, Vaughn.

Visitation will be on Saturday October 9, 2021 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second Street, Franklin, OH 45005. Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 2:00 pm.

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in honor of Larry to the Wounded Warrior Project.
