Keith Alan Lawson

Keith was born in Middletown, OH on June 12, 1950 to the late Arlie and Elva (Jones) Lawson. Keith served in the US Army and was employed with Warren County Correctional Institute for 35 years. He was a firearms instructor at LECI/WCI for over 25 years and was a sharp shooter. He loved his grandkids and cherished the time he spent with them. He also loved his guns and had an extensive collection of guns and ammo. He was a lifetime member of the Springboro Eagles for over 20 years.

Keith was preceded in death by his wife Ruthann Lawson in 2015; his parents; brother, Terry Lawson; nephew Simon Matthew Lawson; and former brother in law Rick Ruark. Keith is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Curtis) Milligan; his grandchildren, Madison Milligan, Ashley Milligan, Aaliyah Milligan; his sister, Rhonda (Hi) Smallwood; his brother, Anthony "Tony" (Donna) Lawson; his step children, Julie (Roe) Taulbee, Jennifer (Adam) Waldner, Jill (John) Weiland; his step grandchildren, Zach, Jacob, Ryan, Katie;his nieces and nephews, Brandi Rose, Jacob Smallwood, Zach, Luke, and Brittany Lawson; his sister-in-law, Jean Lawson; his former wife, Joanne Lawson Baker; and his best friend, Neal Hawkins.

Visitation for Keith will be on Wednesday December 21, 2022 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005. Funeral service will immediately follow at 6:00 pm with Josh Clifford officiating.
