David Alan Tew, age 55, of Middletown, OH, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Fort Riley, Kansas on March 7, 1963 to John and June (Matthews) Tew.
He was employed with Richard's Electric Supply. David was treasurer of the Regulator Riders Motorcycle Club in which he was very active. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
David is survived by his wife of 23 years Crystal Tew; son, Robert Cline; daughter, Britney Tew-Allmyer; granddaughter, Khrystal Tucker; two grandsons, Brantley Marlow, Timber Allmyer; three brothers, Sean Tew, J.T Tew, Tony Tew and aunt, Doreen Nieuwenhuis.
Celebration of Life will be 4pm-close on Monday, July 30, 2018 at the Fraternal Order of Eagle Lodge 528, 1300 First Avenue, Middletown, OH.
