Dale Joe Penn, age 65, of Springboro, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Dale was born July 24, 1956 in Versailles KY, to the late Bobby and Annette (Talbert) Penn.
In addition to Dale's parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother, Johnny Penn.
Dale and his wife Patricia (Skidmore) shared a wonderful 35 years of marriage and had 3 children. He had a career with PPG Paints as a parts specialist. Dale is survived by his wife, Patricia Penn; son Jeremy (Bindi) Fisher and 2 daughters; Angela (Danny) Miller and Samantha (Dale) Birkett; grandchildren Joshua (Shelby) Miller and Ruth Birkett, and 2 brothers; Gary (Sandy) Penn and Frank (Jeanie) Penn
