Justin was born on March 13, 1971 to George and Mary Harper in Annapolis, MD. He was predeceased by his father in 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Corrine; his sons, Zachary and Jarrett; his mother, Mary Harper Early; his stepfather, Jack Early; sisters, Cheryl, Valerie, and Carole; step sisters, Katie Petrullo and Jean Early; and step brother, Bill Power.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 1pm at the Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin.
A celebration of Justin’s life will be announced later this summer.
