We are so sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a very nice man. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Bernard house was always a treat when he knew we were coming he would cook us some dinner and we would talk and laugh till it he was tired. Going to his house was like an adventure you never know what you can find and see in the yard. One of my fondest memories is one year we got to his house and he was like let’s go and eat so he was like there is a Chinese restaurant and when we get there I was enjoying what I thought was chicken wings and he says you sure are enjoying them FROG LEGS I was like NO and him and Terry was just laughing at me. Uncle Bernard, was more than an uncle he was like a POPS to me. As a child I have so many memories of hanging out with him. I remember in trip
when they caught a HUGE alligator and the whole family was there skinning and cooking the tails to eat and boy was it delicious.Every time my mother planed a trip to visit my grandma I was on the train with her. When I got married I brought my family to visit him and they loved  it so much.

I appreciate and love whenever we visited him he welcomed us in and enjoyed the snacks and lunch or dinner he had cooked. One of my favorite memories of uncle Bernard is when we all got on the lil boat he had and we went out on the bayou and flying Asian Carp and one of the fish hits DJ and scared me and my mom and he comforted us. Also at his house I got to see an alligator in the yard he also had a a snapping turtle that was cool to see. Every year we visited was always an adventure.
