Long time resident of Colorado Springs, Frank was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Frank entered the service after high schoiol and reired in 1977. Frank was preceded in death by his wifes Erica in 1996 and Betty in 2015. Also Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Virginia in 2012 and step daughter Billie Jo Osburn in 2016. Frank is survived by grandson Damian Clasby.
Frank's funeral arrangements are in the care of Dove Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US Higheay 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817.
A funeral service for Frank will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817, followed by a visitation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
A private interment will be held at a later date at Memorial Gardens Cemetery
