Elisabeth Rumery

Elisabeth had a vibrant personality and was always dressed to the nines. She loved being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her outgoing nature and love for her family brought her immense joy throughout her life.

In her career, Elisabeth was an award-winning Avon Lady for 27 years, building lasting relationships with her customers and leaving a positive impact on their lives. She was dedicated and passionate about her work, which was reflected in her success.

Outside of her career, Elisabeth had a variety of hobbies. She was an active member of the Germania Club and enjoyed participating in its activities. She also found solace in sewing, knitting, and gardening.

These hobbies allowed her to express her creativity and bring beauty into the world.

Elisabeth is survived by her daughters, Liana Reeher and Marina Stephenson; her son, Daniel Rumery; her granddaughters, Nicole,Jessica and Brittany; her grandsons, Brian and Jamison; her sons-in-law, Bill Ko and Michael Stephenson; her daughter-in-law, Connie Rumery; and eight great-grandchildren, with one more on the way. She was preceded in death, by the love of her life Morris (Gene) Rumery and Grandson Ryan Reeher.

A Memorial service will be held on January 13, 2024, at 10:00 am at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The caring staff at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary will assist with all the necessary arrangements during this difficult time.

Elisabeth Rumery will be dearly missed by her family, friends, The wonderful staff at Sunny Vista Nursing Facility and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her legacy of love, warmth, and dedication will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

A memorial service for Elisabeth will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817.
