Willie Louise "Tobit" Williams was born on May 13th, 1952, in Montalba, Texas. She was the youngest of 11 children. In the early 1970s, she moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where she would meet and marry the love of her life Donald Williams Jr. Together they would share one child Kedric. She would build a life filled with community and passion until her passing on July 22nd, 2024. Her commitment to her community was evident in her active involvement with Parkside Missionary Baptist Church, where she served diligently as an usher. Her role at the church was more than just a duty; it was a reflection of her dedication to serving others and her strong faith.
Traveling was one of Louise great joys. She found happiness and fulfillment in exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. This love for adventure was matched by her enthusiasm for being outdoors, particularly when it came to landscaping. She took great pride in maintaining her yard and seeing it as a canvas for her creativity and a way to stay connected with nature.
Louise was known for her passionate and dependable nature. She approached every task with fervor and could always be counted on to follow through. Her reliability and strong work ethic were admired by all who knew her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, dedication, and passion will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Louise is survived by her son, Kedric Smith and his wife Kiesha Smith. Living siblings are Claire Burks, Bobbie Jean Conley and Leroy Conley. Louise has numerous of loving nephews and nieces.
Louise is proceeded in death by her parents, Louis and Albertine Conley, siblings John L. Conley, Ruth Conley, Louis Conley Jr., Lawrence Conley, Frank Conley, Roosevelt Conley, Izetta Conley.
