Mary H. Arcos

Mary was born on August 29, 1934, in Wichita Falls, Texas. On April 23, 1960, she married Joe Arcos.

Mary worked her entire career as a florist, starting in her teens. She was a successful business owner of Burleson Flowers in Burleson Texas until her retirement in March 2016. She was 82 at the time of her retirement.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Joe Arcos, her daughters Angie Peeples and spouse Greg Peeples, Allena Waters and her spouse Philo Waters III, her beloved grandchildren Atiana Waters, Philo Waters IV and wife Haley Waters, and Isabel Waters, her sisters, Anita Lopez, Margaret Clardy, and Gloria Rincon and brother Jesse Hernandez.

Mary’s love and passion was to serve her family, her faith, and her work.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday June 12, 2022, at Laurel Land Fort Worth. Mass at 10:00 AM on Monday June 13, 2022, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Burial to follow Mass at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
