Marvin Goodwin, age 66, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Friday January 31, 2020. Marvin was born May 8, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Cecil and Izorla Bostic Woodard. Marvin was the youngest of 5 siblings growing up Marvin attended Fort Worth Independent School District, James E. Guinn and Our Mother of Mercy. Marvin also attended Tarrant County Junior College after high school.
Marvin was a very smart and witty person. He loved his family and friends but also enjoyed his personal quiet time. Marvin worked many years at New Van Trailer and retired after long years f labor.
On January 31, 2020 Marvin crossed over the narrow scripted shores of time and stepped into eternity. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Izorla Goodwin and one brother Will Woodard.
Those left to chrish his precious memories; daughter, Myleka Walker (LaToya); 4 grandchildren, Donald Sanford, Jr. Caleb Austin, Joshua Logotcher, Logan Mickle; 3 siblings, Joe Woodward of Houston, Tx., Igenell Moton of Dallas, Tx. Melvin Willis of Forest Hill, Tx. and a host of other relatives and friends.
