Luther attended and graduated in 1955 from I.M. Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas.
Luther moved to Wichita, Kansas in 1976 and shortly after started working in the Aviation field for The Boeing Company. Luther and his crew was recognized several times throughout his 20 plus years at The Boeing Company for their outstanding work.
Luther loved working with wood he would pull from the river sometimes which he created beautiful tables and clocks. He also was a very skilled cabinet and bar designer.
Even though he was quiet at times, Luther loved being around his family and when he called you a friend you became family as well to him. You never had to know where you stood with Luther, he would let you know.
Luther was 1 of 5 siblings, Lewis Bell, Juanita Ells and his surviving sisters Doris Bagley and Margie Thompson. Luther has one daughter Qwanda Bell and 4 grandchildren of Wichita, Kansas..
Luther also has one surviving Aunt, several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends that loved him very much and will miss him dearly.
