Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Friday at Strangers Rest Baptist Church, the Rev. Micheal Booker, pastor; her son, the Rev. Lawrence Bridges, will eulogize his mother. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: noon to 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and 7 to 8 p.m. at the church.
Survivors: Left with precious memories are her children, Melvin Bridges, Ruby Nell Bridges (Kenneth), Willie Ruth Trotty and Lawrence Bridges (Marine); 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
