Jon Raymond Moore

Jon graduated from Southern Methodist University and went on to establish a software development company in 1979. He married Mary Frances (Mamie) Mazak in 1983 and they had four children, Lindsay, Christopher, Amanda and Bryan. Jon was a lover of all animals, especially dogs. His dachshunds, Daisy and Remy, were his shadows.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Raymond Moore, and his mother, Norma June Waldrop Moore.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances (Mamie) Mazak Moore, daughters Lindsay Moore Reeder and Amanda Moore Marquart, sons Christopher Jon Moore and Bryan Randall Moore, and brother, Ricky Moore.

Visitation with the family will be at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort Worth on Thursday, August 1st from 4-8pm.

The funeral service will be held at Laurel Land on Friday, August 2nd at 10am with interment to follow at 11am. Family and friends are invited to a lunch at Babe’s Chicken in Burleson following the interment.
