Hattye was born Jan. 25, 1927, in Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John McCullough.
Survivors: Husband, Herman Neely; son, Phil McCullough; daughter, Rebel Burris and her husband, Phil; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Darrel Neely and wife, Jan, Linda Tatum and husband, Larry; daughter-in-law, Sue McCullough.
