FT. WORTH -- Floyd L. Harrell, 84, passed away Sunday after months of illness.
Service: Funeral Service will be held Saturday 2:30 pm at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Visitation: The family will receive friends Friday 6-8 at the funeral home.
Floyd was born in Henderson County to Booker and Reedie Harrell in 1927. He worked as a Machinist for 25 years for the former T&P Railroad and Missouri/Pacific Railway. Floyd also owned his own forklift business for 27 years. He was Chairman of the Burton SDA School Board for over 12 years.
Survivors: He leaves behind his wife of 65 years Joy, Sons; Ronnie and wife Elsie, Jerry and wife Debi and David. 9 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
