Ellen Joanne Chase

Ellen Joanne Chase, age 70, was almost ready with her angel escort to be transported to a heavenly existence, when she passed peacefully on April 3, 2022, at 5pm with her loving husband Robert, gently holding her hand while the earthly end was near. No doubt, knowing Ellen, the angel patiently waited while Ellen spiritually changed to a new colorful outfit, freshened her makeup, fixed her pretty blonde hair and added her jewelry then she was ready to go.

This charming and beautiful wife born September 16, 1951 in Hof, Germany, deeply loved and adored her husband with all her being and he felt exactly the same. Ellen and Robert were genuine soul mates for life and made many vacation trips together around the world. All her friends cherished her friendship, her generosity with the cards she sent to everyone on special occasions, holidays and sometimes flowers. Her bright smile and enthusiasm was infectious and many lives were illuminated by her presence and bubbly personality.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Robert Chase of Fort Worth; her brothers, Charles R. Stone, Jr. of Fort Worth, Henry Stone of Houston; and her aunt, Wynell Stone of Hico.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
