Christopher LaTee BLANTON, known affectionately to all as “Biscuit”, died at the age of 46 at his home in Fort Worth on Friday, July 17th, 2020. Biscuit’s wish was to not be alone during his final moments, as such he was surrounded by a host of family and friends on the day, he was called home to be with his mother, sister and brother.
Biscuit was born August 21, 1973, in Fort Worth Texas, to the parentage of Lana Mae Allen and Billy Allen and he grew up on the East Side of Fort Worth on Crenshaw Street.
He received his formal education through the Fort Worth Independent School District at Dunbar High School.
He was a friend to all who knew him, always peaceful, spontaneous and he loved to travel. He found pleasure in attending outside cookouts whenever possible, with a drink in hand, surrounded by friends.
The song “Everyday I’m Hustling” is an example of his drive. He was a true Hustler and entrepreneur, which led him to start his traveling food stand, “Big B’s Burger” on the East Side.
Biscuit was preceded in death by his sister Allison Lynette Blanton, Mother Lana Allen, brother Lee Blanton, grand-parents Ruby Lee Blanton and Arthur Lee Blanton.
Biscuit leaves to cherish his loving memories, his only son Christopher “ManMan” Blanton; father, Billy Allen; Aunts Lillian “Jean” Long, Patsy Miller and Elaine Hunt of Fort Worth; two granddaughters Chrislynn and Cherish; two nieces, one nephew and host of other family and friends.
