Billy Keith Wortham

Billy Keith Wortham, age 52, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Billy Keith Wortham was born on November 6, 1968 in Fort Worth, Texas to the parentage of Kairi Mubarak and Mary Dell Wortham. Billy grew up and attended the Fort Worth Independent School District and was a 1987 graduate of the Oscar Dean Wyatt High School.

After high school, Billy enlisted in the United States Army. He had a mind and passion for serving his country. After returning home from the military, Billy met and married the Love of his life, LaTonya and to this union 2 children were born, Pharyn Nicole Wortham and Kairi Keith Wortham. Billy loved spending time with his family, taking vacations to Jamaica, grilling and watching movies. Billy was a materials handler at General Motors. He also served in the media ministry at the Great Commission Baptist Church where he was a faithful member under the leadership of Dr. Douglas E. Brown.

On September 15, 2021, Billy answered to the Master's call to come home from labor to reward. He is now surrounded by his foreparents that have gone on before him, grandmothers, Carrie Wilkinson and Virgie Cumby; grandfathers, James Wortham and Richie L. Cumby; aunt, Marianne Robinson-Malone. Those who are left to cherish his precious memories are his wife, LaTonya Wortham; children, Pharyn and Kairi Wortham; mother, Mary Dell Wortham; sisters, Kim, Takiyah and Karen Wortham and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
