Barbara was born on June 25, 1942 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to William Hill Sr. and Mary O’Donnell. Barbara was the rock for her family. She was always willing to give a helping hand whenever it was needed. Always willing to forgive and trust again, never judging or condemning anyone for their shortcomings. Her door was always open, and many will tell you she was like a mother to them. During her free time, Barbara loved to play Bingo & Candy Crush, scratch lottery tickets and visit casinos to play the slot machines.
