Ada Mae Scott

Ada Mae Scott was born in Weatherford Texas on December 21, 1939 to Edd and Edith Rodgers, she lived her life in Grapevine and attended Grapevine ISD and graduated from Grapevine High School. She had three siblings, two sisters Betty Lafollette and Gloria Martin and one brother Harold Sandel. Life truly began when she met the love of her life John K. Scott and they married on October 15, 1959. John and Ada remained married for 52 years until John passed away on October 18, 2011. During their unity they had two children, John E. Scott(Christina) and Roberta L .Scott – Seraile (Don) , Ada was a treasured wife, mother and Grandmother.

Ada got her angel wings on March 31, 2022 and she leaves behind to treasure her memory her son and daughter and her grandchildren, Ashlee (Josh), Brittnie (Andrew), Treasure (Kevin), Matthew, Carley, Rebecca and Zach. She also has 11 beautiful Great Grandchildren, Justyn, Katelyn, Jaylen, Addisyn, Clayton, Kaden, Savanah, London, Levi, Destine, and Carley.

Ada was preceded in death by her mother and father; her sister, Gloria; her husband, John; and her grandson, Michael.
