Thomas G. Smith

Thomas "Tommy" G. Smith, age 63, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021. He was born October 4, 1958 to Jerald E. and Betty Sue Smith. Thomas loved the fast life, rock 'n roll, motorcycles, playing pool, camping, fishing and was an avid "restoration" artist. Thomas is survived by his longtime companion of 22 years, Dawn D. Barnett; children, Alisha Smith of New Albany, Ind., Valerie Kaye Smith and Reuben (Emily) Smith, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., step-children, Marcus Barnett and Ryan (Ana) Barnett, both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; twelve grandchildren; mother, Betty Sue Smith; brothers, John (Shelly) Smith, and David Smith both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; sister, Sheila (Rick) Lepird of Fort Wayne, Ind. He was predeceased by his father, Gerald E. Smith. Funeral Services for Thomas will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Mungovan, 2114 South Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 with visitation one hour prior.
