Sherry Anne Amstutz

Sherry Anne (Bowles) Amstutz, 58, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 in Fort Wayne. Born October 21, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Carl Dean and Veryle Bowles. Sherry attended Edon Northwest High school, Edon, Ohio. She went on to Fort Wayne Bible School for one year. She was the mother of four and homeschooled them all. She also worked in customer service for Nichols, Fort Wayne. Sherry was an avid gardener and loved flowers of all kinds. She also enjoyed bird watching, reading, ball room dancing, and spending time with friends, family, children, and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Michael Amstutz, her four children, Aaron Amstutz of Portland OR, Amber Amstutz of Fort Wayne, IN, Austin (Tabitha) Amstutz of Portland OR, and Ashley Amstutz of Portland OR, four grandchildren, Cyrus, Jed, Oliver, and Theodore Amstutz of Portland, OR, one sister, Kathy Bowles, of Perrysburg, OH, and three brothers, Larry(Dale) Bowles, of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, Lonny (Rose) Bowles of Bryan, OH, and Gary (Kathleen) Bowles of Edon, Ohio, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Rick (Dorcas) Bowles and her parents.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton funeral home 6424 Winchester Rd. Fort Wayne, IN 46819. Funeral Service will be Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 2pm also at the funeral home.
