Samuel "Sam" Adam Miller, age 35, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Sam was born in Fort Wayne, on July 15, 1987, to the late Ruth Irene Miller. Sam was a 2006 graduate of Heritage High School in Monroeville, Indiana. After graduation, Sam attended job training at ARC Easter Seals of Fort Wayne. He would go on to work in the warehouse of Sweetwater Sound,which he greatly enjoyed and recently received his 5-Year anniversary clock. Sam was a faithful member of the Royal Rangers Ministry of First Assembly of God Church in Fort Wayne. If he couldn't be found at Royal Rangers, or the local bowling alleys, or at karate class, Sam could be found spending hours watching The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross, WWE wrestling, or the Green Bay Packers, or he could simply be gaming.
Sam is survived by his adopted parents, Helen and Jeff Gallant; his adopted daughters, Randalla, Jennifer, Stephanie and Shelly; and his adopted nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his Aunt Martha (Gery) Keiser and family; Uncle Andy and Patsy Miller and family.
Sam was preceded in death by his biological mother, Ruth Irene Miller; grandparents, Keith and Velma Miller; uncles, Tom Miller and Dave Miller, and his aunt, Mary Roe.
Funeral Services for Sam Miller will be held at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, with visitation two hours prior.
Sam will be laid to rest next to his mother in Highland Park Cemetery, 2403 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825.
