Ruth Ann Osborn

Ruth Ann Osborn, 75, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on October 8, 2024. She was born on July 2, 1949.
She graduated from Eastbrook High School and then graduated from Ball State University for Nursing. Ruth was a nurse for several years at Marion General Hospital. She later worked at Wieland Furniture.
She married her loving husband, Charles Osborn, on August 26, 1967, he survives.
Ruth attended Grabill Missionary Church. She loved crafts, painting, crocheting and especially enjoyed donating hats and scarves to cancer patients. Ruth loved traveling with her husband as well.
Ruth is survived by her children, Ryan (Jennifer) Osborn, of Woodburn, IN; Elizabeth (Ryan) Reinig, of Fort Wayne, IN; sisters, Norma Osborn and Karen (Ronnie) Hotchkiss; grandchildren, Spencer (Jordan) Osborn, Nicole Osborn, Dawson Reinig; great-grandchildren, Adelina Osborn and Bailey Osborn.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Matthew Shane Osborn; siblings, Jerry Hale and Leona Hale; and her parents, Leo and Edna Marie Hale.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Grabill Missionary Church, 13637 State Street, Grabill, IN 46741, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. On Tuesday, October 15, 2024 a funeral service will be at Grabill Missionary Church, 13637 State Street, Grabill, IN 46741 at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow at Highland Park Cemetery and Mausoleum.
Memorial donations may be made out to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, 1005 W Rudisill Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46807.
