Robert E. "Bob" Spillers

Robert E. “Bob” Spillers, 94, of Fort Wayne passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. He was born on December 20, 1926 in Fort Wayne, a son of the late Elmer and Ethel (Reichard) Spillers. He served in the U.S. Army. He worked as an auto mechanic his whole life. He will be remembered as a man that loved his family. Surviving family include his son, James Spillers; daughter, Sue Miller; grandchildren, Erica, Sarah, and Cameron; three great grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Weir. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his son, Michael K. Spillers; and siblings, Kenneth, Donald, Virginia, Elmer, Jr. “Bud”, and Opal. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
