Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia; sons, Rick (Kathy) Thompson, Brian (Elizabeth) Thompson, Robert (Katie) Thompson; daughters, Laura (Jim) Moses and Amber (Thomas) Murdock II; fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Tom (Mary Lou) Thompson; sisters, Cathy (Kenny) Parke; and Bobbie (Gary) Gatchell and fur babies, Abby and Lacey. He was predeceased by his son, Brandon Thompson.
