Richard Lee Camp Jr.

Richard Lee Camp Jr. 80, passed away December 1, 2022 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born February 18, 1942 in Fort Wayne, IN, the son of Richard Lee Sr. and Helen Camp. Richard graduated from South Side High School on 1960. He proudly served his country during Viet Nam and was a U.S Air Force veteran. Richard work at Allen Co. Motors and Bob Jackson Ford at a Fleet Manager, and was a Manager in the grocery industry for 27 years.

He was a member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church, Lay and Youth Ministries at St. Alban's and a member of American Legion Post 47.

Richard is survived by his wife of 39 years, Bonnie Maxine Camp of Fort Wayne, IN; son Christopher M. (Denise) Camp of Huntington, IN; daughter Tracey L (John) Camp of Chicago, IL; step-sons Robert H. (Mary) Scribner of Auburn, IN; Phillip W. Scribner of Fort Wayne, IN; step-daughter Denise L. (Robert) Frede of Fort Wayne, IN; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, brother, Dan C. (Christine) Camp, sister Randi S. (Doug) Schwartz both of Fort Wayne, IN. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robert M. Camp and granddaughter, Kelly.

Funeral service will be 11 am Saturday, December, 10, 2022 at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home with visitation 2 hours prior at the funeral home.
