Patrick Sean O’Donnell, 59, passed away July 8, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born September 8, 1963, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late John and Mary O’Donnell. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Maureen O’Donnell of Fort Wayne, IN; sons, Patrick Sean O’Donnell, Sean William O’Donnell, daughter Meghan Bloom and nieces and nephews.
