Patricia Ann Patterson Meyer

Patricia A. Meyer, 79 of Fort Wayne, Indiana went to be with the Lord December 21, 2017. Pat was the daughter of the late Lavire and Inez Patterson. She loved to garden, tend to her flowers, and spend time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pat worked as a food service supervisor for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Pat was a member of Grabill Missionary Church. Pat married her best friend Stanley Meyer on April 8, 1972, and they shared 45 wonderful years together. Surviving are her husband, Stanley Meyer of Fort Wayne; children, Vicki (David) Schaber of Harlan, David (Chandra) Meyer of New Haven, Danielle (Paul) VonBank of Fort Wayne; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Shelby (Marvin) Zimmerman of Berne; brother, Larry (Jennie) Patterson of Decatur; many cousins, aunts, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Patterson, and sister, Marilyn Patterson. Service is 11 am, Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Grabill Missionary Church, 13637 State Street in Grabill, with calling one hour prior. Calling at the church on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm. Burial in MRE Cemetery in Berne, Indiana. D.O.
