MICHAEL ALLEN "MITCH" MAHATHY, 50 passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015. He was born on May 12, 1964. He was a legend of DeGroff St (a.k.a Ponderosa); was self-employed; and a helper to everyone. He was a loving father and grandfather. Surviving are two daughters, Ashley and Danielle Mahathy; five grandchildren, Laylah, Dontae, Kamari, Allie, and Kale; six brothers; sisters, Randle Moles, Sue Eddington, Butch (Deb) Mahathy, Patsy Mahathy, Kathy (Rob) Clark, and Jamie Mahathy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by William and Earline Mahathy, Donald, Shorty, Tommy, Hollis, Jerry, and Wayne. A special thanks to Scott Mahathy for all the great care he had given to Mitch.
