Michael James Harrison Sr., 64 a native of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 at home of natural causes. Born September 19, 1958 a son of the late James Michael and Zelda Z. (nee. Heinrick) Harrison.
He attended Heritage High School. He was an Army Veteran serving from 1977 until receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1985 following, he continued his service by enlisting in the Army Reserves for two years. Michael worked many years as a Trailer Mechanic and retired in 2015.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening, “always proud of his tomatoes,” and was an avid Milwaukee Tool guy.
He will be cherished and remembered in our hearts forever through his former wife and friend of 45 years, Gail Wagy Harrison; children, Michael Harrison Jr. wife and 2 children, Alison Harrison-Campbell husband and 3 children, and James-Robert H. Harrison; canine friends, Proteus and Orion; other relatives and friends.
