Mark D. Fisher, 63, of Fort Wayne passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. He was born on April 7, 1958 in Lima, Ohio, son of the late Tom and Joan Fisher. Mark had a very successful and lifelong career in sales, most recently at Koorsen Fire & Security as well as a long tenure at W. W. Grainger. He always loved fishing and the outdoors. Mark will be remembered as never knowing a stranger and always lived life to the fullest. Mark was always quick to lend a helping hand to anyone who asked and had many gifts and talents. He loved rooting for the Chicago Cubs, Ohio State football, and IU basketball. He was a member of American Legion Post 47, Building Contractors Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors. Surviving family include his loving wife of 43 years, Becky Fisher; children, Andrew Fisher, Melissa Fisher, and Amy (Corey) Bowers all of Fort Wayne; granddaughters, Kaitlin Fisher and Vida Bowers both of Fort Wayne; brother, James (Jennifer) Fisher of Albion; sisters, Beth (Jeff) Wind of Fort Wayne and Theresa (Jason) Haner of Auburn; multiple nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Landon. A celebration of Mark's life will be 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Chance Bar, 4301 Fairfield Avenue, Fort Wayne. Food, drinks, and music will follow the service.
