LISA K. HARDIEK, 43, was greeted by her Lord and Savior on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, as she passed from her earthly home in LaOtto to her new home in Heaven. Surviving are her husband of 19 years, Timothy Hardiek of LaOtto; their children, Jesse, Blake and Grace. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Perez; and father, Victor Perez. A Celebration of Life service is 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, at Pathway Community Church, 11910 Shearwater Run, Fort Wayne (IN 46845), with calling from 10 to 11 a.m. Pastor Ron Williams officiating.
